Tekashi 6ix9ine Pleads NOT GUILTY and Still Has No Bail

After being transferred to a new facility due to threats, Tekashi 6ix9ine was in court for arraignment and has pled not guilty to all the Federal RICO charges placed against him. His attorney Lance Lazzaro is said to be waiting to schedule a bail hearing as 6ix9ines’ pre-trial is set to begin Jan 22, 2019 and his full trial Sept 4, 2019. Still, with bail pending , there are a number of other issues that could make things difficult for the rap star.
One being that many of his and family members bank accounts have been frozen by the Feds, which obviously make placing bail a near impossibility. Add to that his lawyer is under question stemming from accusations of smuggling things into a prison, on a separate occasion and incident. His Co-defendant Shotti has reportedly made the bravado statement “We dont fold, we dont bend, we dont break, its Treyway!” during an official hearing, which surely doesnt reflect well on Tekashi’s behalf. If convicted Tekashi faces a minimum of 32 years in Federal Prison.
